Exe Cristal Palace Hotel Barcelona, Barcelona

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were smaller than expected and had a couple of broken light bulbs, but the huge balcony was a nice touch. The service was rushed and there seemed to be a lack of staff, impacting overall satisfaction. However, the location was superb, being steps away from Passeig de Gracia and Rambla de la Catalunya. The dining fell short with cold food and mishaps with the orders, but the proximity to Casa Mila and Casa Batllo was a plus.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, although there was an issue with the card-power slot. On the downside, I experienced noise from the plumbing system of the next door room when they showered.
